Reviews only on verified listings
Reviews can only be left on listings that an owner has submitted and MMAPICS has approved. You won't see a star rating on a club or business that hasn't been verified. Review availability may vary by country and location as the directory grows worldwide.
No fake or AI-generated reviews
MMAPICS does not write, commission, generate or publish fabricated reviews. We do not allow owners to write reviews of their own listings. We do not run "seed reviews" to make the directory look populated.
Moderation
Every review is moderated before going live. We may decline reviews that are anonymous and unverifiable, that contain personal attacks or unfounded accusations, that breach safeguarding, or that look like a competitor brigade.
Helpful review guidelines
- Say what you trained for (beginner, fitness, competition, kids class).
- Cover coaching, culture, facilities, safety and beginner pathway.
- Be specific. "Great club" with no detail isn't useful.
- If you had a bad experience, stick to facts and what you'd want a stranger to know.
Removal and reporting
Owners can flag reviews they believe are fake or unfair, and reviewers can request removal of their own reviews. Use the contact page for review disputes.
