Terms of use

MMAPICS is an owner-submitted, manually approved worldwide combat sports directory. We do not invent listings. Clubs, events, brands and services appear only after a representative submits them and a moderator approves them.

Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication. MMAPICS reviews every submission and may decline, delay, edit or remove a listing — for example if it cannot be verified, duplicates an existing listing or breaches our policies.

MMAPICS does not claim association, partnership or endorsement with any club, brand, event or fighter unless they have themselves submitted or formally approved their MMAPICS listing.

You are responsible for content you submit (listing details, images, descriptions, reviews, messages). You confirm you have the right to submit it, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant MMAPICS the right to display submitted content as part of the directory.

Reviews are moderated before they appear publicly. Reviews should be honest first-hand experiences. We may reject reviews that are fake, defamatory, abusive, off-topic or that breach the review policy.

Owners and authorised representatives can request changes or removal at any time via the "Request an update" flow on the listing, or by contacting us. We aim to action reasonable requests promptly.

During launch every approved listing is free for 12 months from the approval date. Paid tiers (featured placement, enhanced media, analytics) may be introduced later but will never be required for a basic listing to remain visible. We will not auto-charge a card you did not add.

Don't submit content that is illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, infringing, spammy or designed to harm others. MMAPICS may remove content and revoke listings that breach these terms.

MMAPICS is provided "as is". We make no warranty that directory listings, reviews or contact details are accurate, complete or up to date. Always confirm details directly with the club, event or business before training, attending or purchasing.

We may update these terms as MMAPICS evolves. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
